Jochen Deecke

Jochen Deecke began his career as a physician. During his studies, he financed himself in part by teaching tennis – and began investing his own capital early on, while others left their money in savings accounts. What initially arose out of practical necessity developed into a passion: the realization that structured capital can achieve more than traditional forms of investment. After completing his medical training, he transitioned fully into the financial world.
For more than three decades, he has built an internationally active investment and holding group. Today, he lives and works in Dubai and leads DEECKE HOLDING LLC as Founder and CEO. With DEECKE Real Estate, he brings this mindset to the real estate market: thorough evaluation before every recommendation, clear processes, a long-term perspective, and substance over short-term deals.

Tariq Ouda
With more than seven years of experience in Dubai, Tariq Ouda helps international investors, families, and business owners navigate the city’s real estate and business landscape.
Having worked with thousands of clients and supported the establishment of 100+ business licenses, he combines strong local market knowledge with a practical, analytical approach.
Tariq focuses on understanding each client’s goals first — whether buying, investing, relocating, renting, setting up a business, or exploring residency options.
A Canadian Professional Engineer with a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, he speaks English and Arabic natively.
His philosophy is simple: understand the client, give honest advice, and build relationships beyond the transaction.
Oliver Rolf
Managing Director
Real Estate Germany and Spain
Oliver Rolf began his career in insurance and financial sales, training in Schleswig-Holstein. In 2007, alongside this work, he founded a round table connecting managers and investors across the German real estate industry, and soon moved fully into the sector for good.
Over the two decades that followed, he led sales organizations across Mallorca, Ibiza and Germany: as managing director at Kuehn & Partner with 65 agents, then the largest agency in the Balearics, as director of real estate at Postbank Immobilien GmbH with responsibility for around 400 employees in Schleswig-Holstein, and as CEO building up Planethome operations in Spain and Portugal. Today, as Managing Director of DEECKE Real Estate Germany, he is also responsible for Mallorca and the Balearic Islands, bringing this broad experience to every property, private or commercial.
